6 sour peach gummies: 5g creatine monohydrate plus 20+ vitamins and minerals at 100% NRV, with vitamin D3 at 500%. Pectin-based, so vegetarian. No proprietary blends.

One sachet a day, whenever suits you: morning, before training or with lunch. Taking it every day matters more than the timing.

No. Creatine helps your muscles power through short, hard efforts. Size comes from training and eating to grow. Most people notice stronger reps, not more size.

Creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, not under your skin. At 5g a day with no loading phase, most people notice nothing. If you're sensitive, take it with a meal.

Give it 3–4 weeks of daily use for your muscles to fully top up their creatine stores.

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements in the world, in women and men. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, check with your doctor first.
